Article 1 - Parties

Within the scope of this Agreement, the real or legal person who purchases services via the website www.instabom.com, under the terms and conditions set forth below.

Article 2 - Subject Matter

The subject matter of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the Parties pursuant to the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and performance of the service ordered electronically by the Purchaser via the website www.instabom.com owned by the Seller.

Article 3 - Characteristics of the Service

  • The service provided consists of digital infrastructure and software services for organizing social media giveaways.
  • The main features of the service, pricing conditions, and payment methods are specified on www.instabom.com.

Article 4 - Service Fee and Payment Method

  • The service fee is the total amount confirmed by the Purchaser at the time of placing the order.
  • Payment shall be made via the Iyzico infrastructure using credit card, debit card, or alternative payment methods.
  • Card details are not stored by the Seller; they are processed solely through Iyzico’s secure payment systems.

Article 5 - Performance of the Service

  • The service shall be performed instantly in a digital environment upon confirmation of payment.
  • The Purchaser acknowledges that the service will be provided electronically.

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal

  • The Purchaser is entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days, provided that the performance of the service has not commenced.
  • If the performance of the service has commenced or the service has been instantly provided electronically, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised.
  • The Purchaser wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must notify the Seller via the 'Contact Us' page.

Article 7 - Cancellation and Refund Conditions

  • For cancellation requests made before the commencement of the service, the payment shall be refunded.
  • Once the service has commenced or has been completed, no cancellation or refund shall be granted.
  • For cancellation/refund requests, the Purchaser must notify the Seller via email or through the 'Contact Us' page.

Article 8 - General Provisions

  • The Purchaser acknowledges that they have read and are informed about all preliminary information regarding the essential characteristics, sales price, and payment method of the service subject to this Agreement, and that they have given the necessary confirmation electronically.
  • The Seller is obliged to perform the service completely, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and in compliance with any applicable legal requirements.
  • The Purchaser is responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the performance of the service. The Seller cannot be held liable for damages arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
  • The Parties agree that Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located at the Seller’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this Agreement.

Article 9 - Entry into Force

This Agreement enters into force at the moment it is electronically approved by the Purchaser.
