• Users may pay by credit card, debit card, or alternative payment methods provided by Iyzico.
• All payment transactions are encrypted with an SSL certificate to ensure security.

Pricing and Taxes

• All service prices listed on the website are stated in Turkish Lira (₺) and US Dollars ($).
• Whether VAT is included or excluded in the price is specified separately on the relevant product or service page.
• Instabom reserves the right to change prices at any time. The most up-to-date prices are displayed to the user on the payment page.

Payment Confirmation

• Once the user completes the payment process, payment confirmation information is displayed on the payment page by the system.
• Card details entered during the payment process are never stored by Instabom; they are processed solely through Iyzico’s secure infrastructure.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• After payment is made, you may request cancellation before the giveaway service begins. In such cases, the payment amount will be refunded within the statutory time limits.
• No refunds are issued once the giveaway process has started or after it has been completed.

Invoicing

• For each payment made, Instabom issues an invoice in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Invoices are sent electronically to the registered email address upon the user’s request.
